1. Prospective clients shall show identification; 

2. After the first showing appointment, prospective clients shall sign an exclusive broker agreement; 

3. Pre-approval for a mortgage loan shall be required at the time a written offer is made and/ or when mandated by the seller as a requirement to view a listing.
